Cynthia Leight Opticians in Los Angeles was among another successful general contracting project. South Robertson Blvd  held the 1,400sqft interior designed by the firm Space International for a sleek and modern touch.

Utopia Development was the general contractor for the renovation of the world famous Bailey House (Case Study House #21) in 1995. The house is famously known for it’s modern, sleek and cost effective design and is registered as Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument #669.

Robertson Blvd welcomes it’s latest addition, Kitson. The shop holds a wide product mix for men and women of all ages. Utopia Development was the general contractor for this great new shop on the boulevard.
